    Joe's Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Creole

    Prep time 12 to 15 minutes
    cook time:8 to 10 hours (LOW) .4 to 5 Hours (HIGH)
    Makes 8 to 10 servings
    2 Pounds Boneless skinless Chicken thighs
    2 Red Bell Peppers,Chopped
    2 Large Onions,Chopped
    2 Stalk Celery, Diced
    2 Cloves Garlic,Minced
    1 Tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
    1 Pound Shrimp,peeled,deveined and cleaned
    1 pound crab meat fresh or artificial
    1 pound Fresh or artificial Lobster meat
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice fresh squeezed or bottled
    Louisiana- Style Hot Sauce,to taste
    Hot cooked rice

    1.place chicken in CROCKPOT slow cooker. Add bell pepper,onion,celery,tomatoes,garlic,sugar,paprika, Cajunseasoning,salt,pepper. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours
    2. Add Shrimp,Crab Meat,Lobster meat,lemon juice,and Hot Sauce. Cover and Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour or until shrimp are done. Serve over Hot Rice
