I was thinking more Mediterranian foods, appetizers, etc. I like the colors, freshness of the.these.I was in Bodrum,Turkey and Greece last year and the foods were awesome, plus Aruba this October.I work with Foreign High School students and I had also thought doing an International theme, with samples of cheeses, wines and Appetizers,to spotlight the countries they are all from.I have a girl who is German who lived with us three years ago coming in May to stay for two months, she has been living in Austrailia for the last 6 months. She is going to share some foods she has learned to love.
So if you have any great ideas with foods from other countries that would be wonderful!
As far as a budget? we aren't putting a limit,as quality of the products, freshness and unique ideas are what we want.I have asked the kids to get some favorites, recipes from their families and share, also.
    Thanks! for any ideas..

There will be 150 people coming off and on through the afternoon, and evening. It will be buffet style, and we have a very large tent with sides and lights and tables, chairs with linens and so on coming.I have large serving dishes rented, ones with liners for ice to keep all cool and ones with heated containers.
There is also a large triple garage building which is heated if needed and the tent will have heaters if needed.Fans are arranged to cool if needed.
There is a large refridgerator available in another garage,to keep some foods cooled. The weather should be approximately 70-75 degrees.
I have access to and have myself three ovens, large pans and three fridges, too.
Its the new MIL home and they have a very large kitchen, prep area.
She and I have entertained lots so we both work well together.I have help available to do food prep up to three days ahead.I have people who will be filling the food, checking to be sure its kept cool or hot, depending on the dish.
We will have large roasters in the house with extra hot foods,to fill from.
Fridges will be open to keep cold foods fresh to fill from.
