Sitting here watching Nigella On tv (I'm in the uk). She is making a fruit tart using a lemon cream base. This could be a KfP lemon square substitute.
She mixed cream cheese with lemon curd to make a filling. She then put it on a biscuit base and topped with fresh fruit. With a bit of tweaking this would be ideal for Passover.
