My in-laws gave me a pack of frozen bone-in pork chops. They're all frozen together, so when I make them, I have to use them all since they can't be refrozen.
There are 6 chops in the package, but only 3 people in my household. What can I do with the extra 3 chops?

If you have a favorite recipe, double it and freeze the left over chops for a quick meal. Or do something like slicing the extras into thin strips and quickly searing them - to use later in stir fries, fried rice or the like..

brine them, then you can successfully BBQ them and they'll stay really moist.

Could you have pork chops 2 days in a row. Day 1 use the 3 most thawed ones and day 2 use the other 3?
