Well, I dont know why Kat included it above there in her description, but she must have found sources that stated it was acceptable in a raw diet, because she said that some accept it, while she herself and most others believe it is "as cooked as it can get". Hmmm, I might just go and remove it.

You should remove it as it is impossible to have uncooked maple syrup. It is cooked and cooked and cooked!!!
