Sorry I haven`t been around, but I was having computer problems. I will make Rita`s Hummus. For Sharron I will make Creamy Butternut Risotto, The Farm Cafe's Farmhouse Veggie Burger and The Wahlberg's Macaroni Salad.

Sorry for the hassle Loula, but neither of my previous tags for Elmotoo are going to pan out for this month.

Instead, for my 2nd Elmotoo recipe, I have made & reviewed this delectable soup!!

I mixed up Rita's Afterburner Petite Dill Pickles on Thursday. We tasted it Saturday & ehhh....odd sweet dilly flavor but no spicy ZING . Back into the fridge with you! We pulled it out again yesterday & POW! What great, zippy, sweet, dilly, flavor!! I haven't decided exactly HOW I'm going to do it, but I want to recycle the jalapenos to make another batch. Nicole & I ate most of the jar yesterday afternoon!

It has now been reviewed properly!
