I just had a "healthy" donut!

Seriously, my son just came in and said, "Mom, I brought you a healthy donut." He handed me the bag and inside was a yeast-raised long-john style glazed donut, but the dough was loaded with sunflower seeds, flax seeds and I don't know what all else. It was quite tasty and very filling. He bought it at the local IGA's in-store bakery. They make everything from scratch.

Wow - that sounds really good. We don't have IGA here, otherwise I'd be driving over for one .. or two....
