To introduce my brother-in-law to cooking with sumac, I would like to request from you your 3 favorite recipes using sumac. They can be your own recipes or those posted by other members. The recipes must be tried-and-true and ones you have personally prepared. Anything goes! He's an adventurous cook.

    Help? Thanks a bunch!

Ha, that fried sumac eggs' recipe is already on my list. Definitely
added a standard za'atar recipe, too.

    Will check out those others.

Keep them coming...chicken recipes, salads, breads,
etc. He's not picky at all.

if you're collecting za'atar recipes, my za'atar tomatoes is stupidly simple & delicious. it's somewhere around here....

take the nicest tomatoes you can find, halve along their equator, sprinkle with za'atar, drizzle w/evoo & roast at high heat until warmed thru.

not feeling so hot....freezing & shaking all over. icon_eek.gif
