Hi there! I am in a new relationship with someone who is gluten free and I want to try my best to accommodate this diet. What are some staples and/or necessary ingredients to have for gluten alternatives? Thanks!

Hi, chef, how nice of you to accomodate your GF friend. You might want to go the GF forum for lots of great advice,

Also, when you are looking for recipes, you can also restrict your results to gluten-free recipes. Please note that some recipes might not come up because the posting chef failed to identify the recipe as GF or did not think to do so because the recipe obviously is. But still, it is really a great help.
