    Hey folkses...

I'm on an important & fun mission! H! I've taken it upon myself to cook for our Girl Scouts World Thinking Day. As a Service Unit Manager, I'm too scrambled to organize the event AND plan activities for the countries. But, I promised my Leaders if enough of them stepped up to cover the 5 countries, I would cook something representing the 5 countries. SO, I've made myself crazy searching the site & the internet at large. I'd like some input on a good, easy, kid friendly, recipe from Egypt... and preferably something I can make Friday to serve Saturday, so nothing 'serve immediately'.

Its probably past the time you need it but my kids were studying Ancient Egypt and I happen to have bookmarked the site with the thought that I may try these someday.

I have not tried any of them but the last two look like they might be a good make ahead recipe.
