Can anyone help me? I need to cook a london broil in the crockpot like a roast, but I'm not sure how long to cook it. I don't have time to cook it in the oven or on the grill and a friend said to cook it like a roast in the crockpot, but couldn't tell me how long. I need to make sure it doesn't turn out like shoe leather! Please help me!

London broil isn't really a cut, it's a way of cooking meat. The crockpot is not going to give you a broiled result - it is going to make pot roast. London broil is usually rare or medium rare and you won't get that with a crockpot.
But if that is the cut of meat you have and you just need a way to cook it, there are a few recipes posted
