I never thought of sourdough as pasta - this looks pretty interesting! I have a pasta roller that I've not even taken out of the box, but this might just get me to try it out!

Hey, I'll bet it is good! Homemade pasta is really so easy to make that I sometimes wonder why I do it so seldom. Those pasta rollers are also great for rolling out dough for homemade crackers. You should try that too. I have been wanting one but I always talk myself out of it whenever I see one for a good price.

I bought the KitchenAid attachment, as I am unlikely to have help doing it. I had a gift card for some store that carried them, so it ended up not being so awful in price. I saw that you could make crackers, that actually attracted me more as Mr Grumpy likes crackers and the ones that are vaguely healthy taste awful.
