    Cypriot Split Pea Soup (Louvana) (Gluten Free & Vegan) is from a Middle East cookbook. Cyprus is pretty influenced by Turkey.

    But can I keep Cypriot Split Pea Soup (Louvana) (Gluten Free & Vegan) in there?
