I'm dreaming warmer days and the spring!

Since weeks we have very cold weather and I really don't like to go out for shopping.
In the freezer I have still green beans.

For this reason tagging:

I still have some parsley in the green house (even ther we have now below 0°C/32°F!) and together with the purple onion, the garlic and the lemon it was delicious.


We had this with hot Focaccia


How is the weather where you stay? How many degrees do you have?
We had for about 3 weeks temperatures of about -15°C/5°F.
I'm going work with public bus/train/tram and waiting times were really not enjoyable. My daughter decided to walk to school but my boy is "strong" and he went by bike anyway. He had to bring the bicycle in the apartment because he can't stop with frozen breaks! Ufff!
Temperatures are now going up, but this night we'll get snow again...

It's rainy here in Oregon (nothing new;))...

The little cousins are having a Valentine's party in a few hours.
I'm sitting in front of the fireplace enjoying a cup of coffee over at my in laws' house.

Dienia's red lentil soup is in the crock pot at home cooking. Made a salad and dressing this morning. Dinner will be mostly ready when we arrive back home.

Finding some wonderful recipes in those cookbooks I checked out at the library last week.

it was snowing here it keeps getting warm then cold its about 45 degrees F here now but was 22 degrees Fso all the snow is melting very strange weather . hope you like he lentils

Imagine that, without popping in to see what was going on in this thread I made that same Lebanese Green Bean Saladyesterday with our lunch. I will review it as soon as this computer decides it is time to run faster!!!

Weather here is confusing as well. It was so cold hot chocolate and real winter boots were a must a couple of days ago but then it became sunny and started melting the ice. Tonight it is cold again and a hot bath before bed is essential.
