Hey Bethie,
yes, some days I miss spain a lot, too. Have I asked you this before, where you were staying and how long? Are you going back one day?
My dear co host NorthwestGal has noted your tags and recipes on page 1.

We are beekeeper and for this reason your topic is more than a common topic for us.
Awalde, thank you so much for the kind words regarding the introduction. It was written not by me, though, but by NorthwestGal, my lovely co-host. She is so great with words and I am ever so happy that she likes doing the introductions, because mine would not be half as nice to read.
Ill make sure to let her know that you like it.

Sounds great, Bethie! Ill get it noted for you on page 1. And to make this clear...honey is honey, the quantity does not matter for our purposes.

I would like to tag Honey Corn Bread #426742 ( though, on dental orders, I will have to omit the corn kernels as my two kids wear braces).
Mmm, that sounds amazing! I have tucked it away in my Mmm Hunney Menu, meaning I hope to get to try it, too this month. Thanks for finding this gem, hon!
Im sure itll be great without the corn kernels in it, too. I remember those days...I wasnt allowed to eat whole fruit and vegetables and gummy frogs, etc.... Sigh...

not sure what to remove so this quote isn't so long....fairly positive i'd mess it up horribly so i'll just carry on.
about a million years ago (1989) I was accepted to be a counselor at an International YMCA in Toledo, Spain. I was at camp for 2 weeks then had a 2 week Eurail pass that I took from Madrid to Barcelona, Milan, & OMG I don't remember exactly where I went!! Switzerland & beyond.... regardless, the next year I purchased a 3 week railpass, flew into Helsinki & worked my way down to Athens then flew to Heathrow then JFK. Really, I could spend my LIFE traveling around Europe. I did get back to Madrid the 2nd year & met up with a friend that I had met here in the states when he was an exchange student. He's from Malaga, Spain. I would sooo love to find him again!!
also, i have made, enjoyed & reviewed Battered Chicken Tapas With Honey and Mustard ( Pollo Rebozado) & Spanish Potato Salad.
