If there's not a Mexican market in your area, you may need to make your own, friend. Here's a recipe: Chipotles in Adobo Sauce - Tex Mex

You can find chipoltle paste (made by 'Discovery') http://www.discoveryfoodsdirect.com/chipotle-paste-19-p.asp in Waitrose, Sainsbury's and probably other supermarkets.

It is quite potent, so add it gradually to your sauce. I like to mix it with ketchup to make a spicy tomato ketchup. icon_smile.gif

I have Chipolte paste that I bought in Waitrose in the Tex Mex section. It is put out by Discovery and it is potent. A little goes a very long way!
