Hi, Becky in Wisconsin! I understand about the biscotti; perhaps you could try the 'dipping in your coffee' route, as that will definitely make them softer! I, myself, am not a dipper, but DH is; cookies, donuts, etc.!

This cook-a-thon is nothing but a little thing, for me....some record-keeping, really, and I've been pleased to be able to show my support! I'm really in awe of all the people who have shown up! Together, we are the BEST!
