Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster
Ingredients
5 bags of shirataki noodles
4-10 lobster tails
1 lbs shrimp
5 lbs clams
1-5 lbs king crab legs cut into 1/3 pieces
4 cloves garlic minced
Olive oil
5 cans whole plum tomatoes
Red pepper flakes
Fresh basil
Fresh parsley
1 can of tomato paste
Dave’s total insanity hot sauce. Don’t worry you won’t be using much.
Grated Cheese
Cooking it all
1. In a large pan add olive oil and your minced garlic, and brown the garlic
2. Now add 1 can of tomato paste and cook on low heat
3. After about 5 minutes add the 5 cans of whole plum tomatoes fresh basil, and fresh parsley
4. Cook on low flame for about 20-30 minutes
5. Once the tomatoes are soft enough use a power whisk and start to puree the tomatoes
6. Once fully pureed, add red pepper flakes ( depending on your family add more for spicier)
7. If you want it to be extremely spicy add a drop of Dave’s hot sauce
8. Cook this on low flames for 1 hour
9. Start to boil water
10. When the water is boiled cook your noodles. (Remember to have rinsed them first and only boil for 2-3 minutes)
11. While your pasta is cooking add the king crab legs, lobster tails, clams, and shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes or until the fish is done
12. Once the fish is cooked serve over the shirataki noodles
13. Enjoy your fish dish!!
Notes:
1. Add more peppers if you like it more spicy
2. You can pick and choose which fish to add
3. Substitute muscles for clams or use both!!
4. If you want to help the people eating cut the lobster tails down the middle with scissors, and the king crab legs, this will create less mess and help your fellow eaters get their food with less work
