Enjoying a nice quiet Family day with the family. Nothing special planned except a laundry, housework and a great dinner
Hope everyone is doing well. Would love to come up with a plan to try and draw people back in here but my mind is drawing a blank. Any suggestions?

UNFORTUNATELY, THE LIVLIEST, became unhappy, so I don't know how to fix that. You could try FB message to some of them inviting them back, and telling them they are missed, however I don't know if it will help.

I honestly don't think that would work either. I'm thinking maybe something new to add to the forum. Maybe doing a monthly feature of some sort. Canadian cuisine though is not really set in stone. It differs from one end of the country to the other. But with a monthly feature we could post it in the news and events to draw in new and old members.

You're right Tiggrr. Try adding something to the forum.
Our apartment rented today for April 1st which is nice. We'll have no rent to pay here for March and the April one is paid at the house. I've been packing today.

I'm not moving very far, just a few kilometers,it's in the country to the main floor of a house. It's on the line between Ancaster and Jerseyville. First thing we're buying is a bar-b-q to have a nice steak.

Sounds exciting Brenda. I had not been to western Canada until 3 years ago when we drove out. Got to see Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and a tiny bit of BC. One day would love to see more. Lee is going to love it.
Nora the new place sounds wonderful. Will be so great to be able to have some place to get outdoors.

When I am there I have a few friends I may get to see at the same time. Plus I want to go into Victoria so I get to take the ferry as well. and the Gardens. I hope they pick a decent time of the year to get married, one thats not the most expensive lol.

Good-Morning,nice and sunny here today but cool. Did you all get those snow streamers yesterday? I was suppose to go away for a get-together but it was cancelled due to a hospital emergency my friend had with her grandson. It will be re-booked at a later date.I was going to wait for the storm to pass if I had gone.We would get lots of snow and you couldn't see a few feet out there then the sun would come out and it would melt it,weird weather.
