    Crockpot mac& cheese

    Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster
    I used Paula Deans recipe, kept the eggs, they make the mac & cheese to puff lightly.
    I also added: Chopped kale and chopped tomatoes.

    This is colorful and the tomatoes and kale cut the thick cheesy taste and give a refreshing texture to a classic recipe! icon_biggrin.gif

    That sounds really good. It would be great if you would take a few minutes and also post a review on the recipe itself - comments in the forums disappear as they move off the first page of comments, but they stay with the recipe and are available to anyone interested in making it.
