I was wondering whether anyone could advise me on the best one out of 3 Greek cookbooks to buy. I have an Amazon gift voucher, and these books seem to be quite popular.
The titles are : Culinaria Greece by Maianthi Milona.
    Vefa's Kitchen by Vefa Alexiadou
The Complete Greek Cookbook by Theresa Karas Yianlios.

I do like authentic cookbooks with information on the country and the cuisine, anecdotes etc. but most of all good recipes. I would be interested to hear of any other recommendations for similar books too.
    Thank you.

Evelyn is not feeling well right now, but with 3 lively kids, I am sure she'll be back soon!
