Elmo', I really want to tag some more for this month, but it's "crunch time' here at CG Central with baking/prepping, etc. for Thanksgiving next week.

PS I read in one of your recipe intros that you had to substitute lemon juice for sumac. If you ever need me to send you some, just ask.

I was actually coming to tag & was surprised nobody had tagged since i tagged Turkish Beet Soup which is a fabulous recipe!! Maybe I'll even take a photo later...

I don't get to cook this Thanksgiving icon_sad.gif so I'm bored. I've discovered sources for sumac since that posting but THANK YOU!

    HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

I won't be able to tag again here in NA*ME until a week from today at the earliest. I go on vacation from the computer from Thanksgiving through Sunday. The only time I'm online on Thanksgiving is to get recipes.

I like the pace of this particular tag. There's no pressure. It's nice and relaxing. Have you heard from UmmBinat?

Do you have to work? Is that why you're not cooking? Or were you invited to Thanksgiving somewhere?
