My favourite at the moment here in Australia is Justine Schofield (she was a finalist in the 3rd series of Australian Masterchef) and her show is everyday gourmet.

Oh, I remember Justine!!!! Good luck to her! Such a nice girl!! icon_biggrin.gif

We're deep into the scary last weeks of S A Masterchef.

Every time I watch I am just to glad that, at my age, I am not one of the competitors!! See guys, I think I am a foodie, but I don't think I can work up the adrenaline you need for Masterchef!!! icon_eek.gif icon_eek.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif

My favorites are Rachael Ray and then I like Sunny Anderson and Giada.
I also liked the Too Hot Tamales that used to have a show on the, Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milligan.

i really feel these women are more entertainers than they are chefs! Good grief, they must show their breasts as much as possible (Giada) , their long hair ( Giada,Rachel& others), and their phony accents and mannerisms (Paula). I have yet to find a real chef among them - eye candy for male viewers. Julia Child was funny and entertaining and she could cook!

I just an old country girl, my favorite is Ree Drummond, The Pioneer Woman.
I got turned off of Paula Deen when her show Paula's Party was on. She was much too clingy and there were too many innuendos to the male co-hosts. icon_eek.gif

For me it is Justine Schofield, she was a finalist in Australian Masterchef, she is a young women who presents herself well and is serious about her cooking (definately does not play the eye candy appeal route), she also has guest chefs on and other past Master Chef contestants and also representatives from her sponsors and her show is Everyday Gourmet (don't know if this link is regional locked to Australia, but hope you will be able to access it) and this is a pic from the site of Justine.

Come to think of it, I have gotten quite a few great recipes from Ree's blog. I just wish they'd switch the time of her TV show to afternoon or evening (I don't do mornings)!
