    I was looking thru ur falafel recipes now, do u have any which dont use egg?
    Please let me know.

    Sorry Charishma, they need the eggs for binding.

    If it's a cholesterol problem you can just use the whites. If it's a vegetarian problem I don't know how to help you. Sorry.

    They do have instant felafel mix here, just add water. Although I never buy the mix, next time I'm in the supermarket I'll check to see if they contain egg.
