    Hi everyone!

I have a chicken and veggie soup in the crock pot now.. I want to add noodles. In the past, I have had pasta expand and absorb all the broth. What do you think?

    thanks in advance!

    Hey Lori,

I like to add pasta at the end of the cook to prevent soggy, giant noodles. Same with rice.

If you are making more soup than you will be using right away - if some will be refrigerated or frozen, I would cook the pasta separately and just added to the soup bowls. That way your leftovers also won't have the pasta absorb all the broth.
