Way to go! You did great! I'm really curious--what do the pickled brussel sprouts taste like? I'd love to try making them (have a recipe and all) but my husband would freak out if I did that to "his" brussel sprouts. icon_rolleyes.gif

This is the first time I made the pickled brussel sprouts. It was a request from friend from Florida. I am going to open up a jar and try them. I only made 3 pints. I will let you know!

Fantastic - fellow Las Crucen! You should be very proud! One of the first recipes I canned was zucchini relish. I just finished my second batch - it was that good (and I don't even like zucchini!). All your recipes look delicious - will you be sharing a few? icon_smile.gif
