Trying to come up with some new appetizer ideas for a Halloween party we're invited to, and a lot of them I want to make are bread based and obviously can't just sit out to get cold. Would a roasting rack (to prevent them from sitting in any condensation) make any difference?
Thanks.

Yes, raising the appetiser above any liquid would help. A rack, or aluminum foil balls supporting a flat plate might help. I would try keeping the lid off or partially on the crock pot to allow steam to leave vs condensing.
