to keep bread based appetizers (like these http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/sriracha-veggie-cheese-balls-and-sauce/172e4290-89b3-4ad7-a7a6-de3e3ab14b25#?st=7&term=bisquick) warm without getting soggy in a crockpot? Trying to come up with some new appetizer ideas for a Halloween party we're invited to, and a lot of them I want to make are bread based and obviously can't just sit out to get cold. Would a roasting rack (to prevent them from sitting in any condensation) make any difference?

Yes, raising the appetiser above any liquid would help. A rack, or aluminum foil balls supporting a flat plate might help. I would try keeping the lid off or partially on the crock pot to allow steam to leave vs condensing.
