I have made Cheezy Mexican Quinoa - Vegan #358875 by Kozmic Blues. Yummy! I don't know if I will have time to make any more quinoa recipes, but will try!

It was my first experience cooking with quinoa, and I really enjoyd this as a breakfast dish. It's a nice alternative to oatmeal, which is the usual hot cereal we are used to.

oh, and I've completed it! It is a nice alternative to oatmeal. I made it in my rice cooker, which made it a very easy breakfast.
