Welcome to Healthy Choices!! We are an eclectic group of people who all try to eat relatively healthfully and who like to discover new recipes. This game does not move very quickly most days, but we enjoy each other's company and finding healthy and tasty things to make!
Here are the rules:
The point of this game is to focus on healthier recipes. This game is open to anyone interested in preparing healthy recipes, but we will leave the definition of what is "healthy" up to you. In other words, low carb, low fat, low sodium, diabetic, gluten free, low calorie, vegetarian, vegan, raw, etc. - you pick a recipe based on whichever dietary plan you are following to achieve better health.
How to play:
1) Find out what letter of the alphabet we are on (do this by checking the last message of this thread).
2)Pick any recipe that begins with that letter and that you consider to be healthy.
3)Post the name (by putting in the words "Recipe #" (with no ") and then the number) as a reply to this thread before someone else beats you to it, and then prepare and review that recipe within 2 weeks time. (Don't forget to report back in to this thread once you have submitted your review, so the status list can be updated.)
4) Now the next letter will be up.
NOTE: XYZ count as one letter, and any recipes beginning with a number or a symbol count as WILD (wild will be the first "letter" in the alphabet).
When you chose to tag someone’s recipe, you are committing to making that recipe and reviewing it within 2 weeks (14 days). We realize life sometimes does get in the way of our cooking/tagging, so if you aren’t going to be able to meet the 2 week deadline, please ask us for a additional 2 week extension. Players will be put on the Restricted List once they have passed the 4 weeks (28 days) deadline, unless they have special circumstances. If you feel you have a special circumstance preventing you from completing a tag within 4 weeks, please contact the game host. Once on the Restricted List, you will no longer be able to participate in any of the games or events in the “Cooking Games with Friends Forum” until you have made and reviewed any recipes that have you on that list. This is done in order to keep it fair for all players in the games.

Its ok if you're off by a little bit, but try and stay near a full Zaar 24 hours. I will be creating a new section called "Sorry We Missed You" for missed letters. You may claim a missed letter at any time. Please mention that you're claiming the Missed letter and put what the real next letter is at the bottom of your post.
