I am so happy! Low carbing works for me! BUT!!!!
I am having a tough time losing the last 5 lbs! HELP! My goal was 50 lbs. I keep going between 40 and 45 lbs...I want to get off this and reach my goal!

Relax! You've done brilliantly. Do you really, really need to lose those extra pounds?

If you do, just carry on with your program. The last few pounds are always hard. Don't sweat the small stuff!!

Just always leave the carbs, and cook -- if and when you can -- "fine dining dishes"!! icon_wink.gif icon_lol.gif No kidding! They never contain stodge!

Great Job!! I would add a little more exercise to get that last 5 pounds off if you are able too in a safe manner.

Now that the hot weather is done I'm going to start walking again. Hopefully that will boost my metabolism!
