Arianna, I'm thinking of going back on the low carb way of eating...not only was it easy for hubby to know what he could and couldn't have but I lost weight and kept it off for a long time...can't say that's true now...anyway to your question about what kind of food would keep your boyfriend full and not of my fav's was taking sliced meat...ham, beef, turkey, get the idea...take a slice of meat, add a slice of cheese top with mayo or mustard...I love horseradish sauce...throw in a slice pickle or some pickled chili peppers for spice...and roll's finger food and easy to eat...I would put about 3 or 4 in hubby's lunch...deviled eggs work great too for his lunch/snack...vianna sausages in a can...peperoni sticks...toothpicks filled with chunks of ham and cheese...sliced roma tomato (small amount is ok) with mozzarella cheese drizzled with oil/vinegar and some sliced basil...just about anything just have to find a container that will work...and of course a cooler for all his goodies...hope this helps..=)
