Ummbinat I am going non traditional for this dinner party actually, because my husband's brothesr and sister have already done dinner party's and all made traditional meals like mansaf, oozy, kiddra, and stuffed baby lamb. So as a change of pace, I am making a HUGE BBQ for everyone

with sides, and rice along with pink beans and whatever else I can fit on the table hehe. As for sweets for the dinner party, since I am veryyyy tired of katayif lol I am making my phyllo dough recipe I was telling you about that is like yours, along with a recipe of Um Safia's for those Traditional Algerian Sable Cookies

Its the end of Ramadan and we all need a change and I think bbq will hit the spot
For the Eid I am making Mammoul and Ka'ak bil Ajwa. They are basically the same but one has a date filling and the other has a walnut filling. I am also making a big batch of Um Safia's cookies and will have those on the table for the Eid as well. I wanted to make another kind as well but I don't know if I'll be able to since my dinner party is right before the end of Ramadan.
Which do you plan on making?
