Those of us observing Ramadan this year will already be frantically planning what we're going to cook over the coming month....What better way to inject a bit of fun & interest than by playing a game of Recipe Tag!...And no, you don't have to be Muslim to play ~ everyone is welcome! icon_wink.gif icon_lol.gif

    How to Play Recipe Tag:

    1) Find out who' is IT. This will be the last person who selected a recipe. Check from the last postings in the thread for who is currently 'IT'.

    2) Choose a recipe from that person's recipes. This recipe is now your TAG

    3) Post a reply here, telling us which recipe you plan to make. You are now IT. The next player will then choose one of your recipes to make. (Please check after posting your tag that you weren't beaten to the tag by another player).

    4) Prepare and review the recipe you chose, then report back to this thread within 2 weeks to let us know you have made it.

    The Basics:

*To enter you should have at least 2 recipes posted. This gives other members a bit of variety to choose from. If you have more than 10 NA*ME / Ramadan suitable recipes, you may wish to put them in a public cookbook (if you want to do this & don't have a premium account, let us know & we'll make one for you). Your submitted recipes don't have to be NA*ME but they should be suitable for Suhor (breakfast) or Iftar (dinner). Feel free to change ingredients to make a recipe suitable - eg: use chicken in place of pork etc.....

Take a lok at my Ramadan Recipe Tag Cookbook for ideas of the kind of recipes suitable for the game : Um Safia's Ramadan Tag Cookbook

    * If you can't review your chosen recipe(s) within the 2 weeks, please request an EXTENSION. A 2-week extension will be granted.

*If you tag a recipe and later realise you just won't be able to make it at all, select a different recipe from the same person's list and please let me know here of your SUBSTITUTION recipe.

    * When tagging a recipe, lt us know in the thread by typing recipe# 123456 . Replace 12346 with the recipe number that you have chosen. There should be no spaces typed.

    * You can tag as many recipes as you think you can make within a 2-week period.

N.B: This page will be constantly updated to show who's tagged what, who's made and reviewed what, and when reviews are due.

So without further a do...... let's play Ramadan Tag everyone!

    Hi Cadie

Did Babycat ever go away for good? M&P will vanish for awhile and then there they are again trying to claim my posts. I might not mind so much if they would actually do the cooking and then give it to me icon_wink.gif
