    Hi, Verka.

I have searched high and low for a Rochas recipe. And I could not find anything that looked anything like the item in your photo.

I found a Filipino garlic rice recipe called Grandma's Rochas, and I found a cocktail drink called Buchanan's en Las Rochas (named after the restaurant where it's served).

Maybe it's known by another name. I thought if you described the recipe, then we might be able to find it for you.

    Hey Verka,

I, too, could not find a recipe for rochas, though I did find out that it is a type of sweet bread filled with dried fruits and nuts. This recipe might be a starting point for you: Portuguese Honey, Spice and All Things Nice, Fruit Bread..

I hope this helps and sorry we couldnt be of more help.
