    Thank Cookgirl and Ummi for trying my recipes (both of you for example tried the beet root and apple raita in January and this month). I write down my recipes also as help/input for my children when they cook themself. They will change the recipe as well, for sure!

    Very welcome. One of the best raita's I say!! I do that too for easier access since my PC is a desktop and not in the kitchen or if someone is using it. Also DH doesn't like me staring at recipes all the time. He doesn't know I still do, I think. New PC would be nice, or at least a printer.
