Well this rainy, cold and windy day did not make me want to go out to the Food festival today. So I am hoping that tomorrow will be better and will head out tomorrow to see what I can find.

Just quickly popping back in this thread to mention......Hydro One giveth - Hydro One taketh away

As I suspected, the "credit" is not a credit at all, but a bill adjustment for wrong estimated meter readings for the past 4 months. They sent me a notice of credit for $1440, and today I got a bill for $1454, so I have a balance of $14 plus my regular monthly bill due on the 22nd, along with a notice of increased hydro delivery charges beginning on Jan 1st.

I knew there was no way Hydro was going to give me anything!

I do apologize for the late response. I got lost in the threads.

I remember calling across a kitchen store to a member by her member name & feeling quite foolish. Also no one wanted to leave that night.

I also received another bill shortly after us posting. I noticed that there had been no readings taken from the meter?? Looked at my other bills & they all had meter readings? I did phone & they would be back in touch after "reading the meter". I will up-date you as soon as hear back.
