Hi Everyone!

I haven't been here to chat for a while. I still get a lot of recipe ideas from here. My family and I were away attending our niece's wedding in Chicago. We had a great time and made it our holiday enjoying family and friends.

We were back for Canada Day and a great BBQ with our friends. I hope everyone else enjoyed their Canada Day and weekend.

Sounds like great fun Elly. This Saturday we are leaving for the cottage we rented up near Ottawa. On Sunday I will finally meet a gal that I have been chatting with online for the past 13yrs. We were trying to remember how we even started chatting but think it may have been icq friend/penpal chat. Really looking forward to meeting her and hubby.

The fishing is wonderful up here Nora. I am filling my freezer as I have so much.

We're going around NorthBay. Hope the fishing is good there.
Tomorrow we're going to LongPoint as my son said the weather [waves] are good. Going to put a roast beef,onions and mushroom soup in the crockpot so when we come home we just have to cook veggies.MMMM
