Oh wow, what an awesome shot, magpie! LOVE the angle and clarity as well as the lighting! I wish I could print this off in good quality and hang it into my kitchen. Hey there's an idea, Ill do that in the store. This has such a nice atmosphere, I bet it would highlight the room.

Discovered this old tag... artichokes were unavailable last July/August, but I completed VIP Bethie's (Elmotoo's) Artichokes a La Polita #170920. It's a lot healthier than all the butter consumed with steamed artichokes. I'm not sure that I captured the full intent of this recipe.
