Morning all and a very Happy Sunday to you all. It's a lovely warm, sunny day here in the Blue Mts. I've MERP'd Pork Scalloppini With Green Olives, Tomato And White Wine and what a lovely, fresh dinner it made served of spagetti noodles.

Well, our county fair just wrapped up, and unfortunately we won't be going to State Fair in September icon_cry.gif . But that's OK because it means that this year's horse shows are behind me, so I'll have more time to tag recipes and get a little more cooking done.

I'd like to start by tagging my first olive recipe.

I am tagging Thymestudio's featured Spanish recipe, Spicy Spanish Chicken #231340.

    Papa D,

Once again, what a fantastic looking dish and photo!!!! Looks like my hubby and I will be having a lot of shrimp dishes this month. I have been reluctant to buy fresh shrimp since the BP disaster in the Gulf; however, I think we might just have to make a day trip to Galveston or Kemah (I live in Houston - just an hour away) and pick up a few pounds to make these dishes (and some extra in case you come up with some more delectable shrimp dishes this month).
