Lately I have been enjoying Scandi cooking. I have found some easy to make recipes on food.com and also
    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/swedish-recipes/
They have a variety even from Iceland.

Hi there Chefinstein! wave.gif Thanks for the link! Here's a blog on Scandinavian food I quite like - and the pictures are so beautiful:

Will you be having new potatoes with herring, butter and fresh dill this weekend in honour of Midsummer? (I won't! Can't abide herring. icon_wink.gif) I'm hoping to find some local strawberries in the shops - it's a bit early for them but I hope a field somewhere is off to an early start this year, I have a serious craving for strawberry cream cake and it would be juuust what our Midsummer party needs! yummy.gif
