    Hello fellow foodies,

It's been a while since I've been here in the forum, it looks different ~!

I have a question about smoked paprika- substituting for it anyway.

I was wondering if I might be able to cheat making some Swwet potato chips in the oven. While I don't have any smoked paprika, I do have liquid smoke and paprika.

Does anyone know if this would approximate the flavor? I though a little olive oil, some smoke flavor and some paprika and Tada ! ??? brush it on the slices, nom, nom , hehe.

well if you've tried this or could tell me if this might be close to smoked paprika, thanks, I would appreciate the comments.
