I've made and reviewed UmmBinat's marvelous Iraqi Rice Pilaf (Muhammar) (443553).

Such great rice!!!

I didn't -- I made it using Date Syrup (186301). The rice is really remarkably good.

finding the date molasses in town. Unless I ordered it online
