Anyone know how to make this? We used to go to Denver all the time but haven't been lately.
I would love to have the recipe.
    Coffee, cream, carmel possibly?

The description I saw was that it was a cappuccino-espresso granita. I found this posted here, Cappuccino Granita - perhaps you can try it and then tweak it as needed to achieve the taste you remember.

I used to work there -- it was made with Coffee Beanery's toasted almond coffee (regular drip, not espresso-style), which was then chilled. Equal parts chocolate and caramel syrup, cream and ice. (I loved these so much.)

    Hi adopt a greyhound,
This is a similar recipe that maybe you would like to try.icon_biggrin.gif

Just add the equal part of 5 tablespoons of Chocolate Flavored syrup and the 5 tablespoons of Caramel Flavored syrup included in this recipe, to get the exact flavored coffee, as angelalala says, and omit the 1 tablespoon vanilla flavored syrup, if you want.
