Well since Prose posted the link to her new vegan blog and I'm loving all the posts she is making I was wondering if anyone else had blogs going. I thought it would be nice to have a central location if anyone wanted to post a link!! Vegan, vegetarian, or topics that fall in line with those like green living, eco friendly, animal rights. I'll have one to add soon as well!!

Thanks for the link -- I read through it quickly and have it bookmarked to read more thoroughly. Love that she often calculates cost per serving and lists favorite restaurants. Way to go, Prose!
