Anybody know any nice places that are reasonably priced? We're staying in Earl's Court/Kensington so either around there or in the city centre. Please!

Babylon – Kensington – right near where you’re staying, Babylon is housed in the Kensington Roof Gardens, probably the best rooftop venue in London, there are both English and Spanish gardens on the roof and even flamingos! A must visit, so surreal being in London but feeling as if you’re in your own Eden!

Polpo – Soho – Italian tapas, you can buy as much as you want. Very popular, good value too, and of course you’re in Soho so lots to do after/before. This one always features in London City Guides.

    Have a good meal!

You MUST try the Troubadour in Earl's Court, I was there a week ago and it is FABULOUS!

They do breakfast, lunch and dinner and also have a wine bar and a tea garden.

Is it too late to suggest any of Ottotlenghis restaurants? We went to Nopi last week and it was fabulous.
