My DD is going to Dublin with a few friends next week leaving NY on Feb 23,2011
She is a foodie and looking for places off the beaten track. Not tourist places.
THANK YOU.

Here is a list of Restaurants in Dublin that I would consider
"tops" for food. There is no "tourist-type" restaurant included,
all seriously good food - some quite expensive (Patrick Guilbaud, for
example) but choose carefully and you can dine well and not break
the bank. I hope that visit to Dublin is very enjoyable.

I can highly recommend the Queen of Tarts Cafe in Dublin. Me and my friend came across this cafe when we were hunting for an afternoon coffee. I had a slice of fudge cake with my coffee, very delicious! Staff were friendly and willing to help. I would go here again if i was visiting Dublin which unfortunately wont be for a while.
I use the
HolidayCheck website when im searching for new places to eat and drink at. It has the queen of hearts on there too, it genuinely has a large variety of things to do and see depending where you are, great for when im traveling alot

Hope this helps a little bit!
