I was recently told by my nutrionist I needed to whole-heartly try a gluten free diet for my M.S. I've been hunting online and found the best selection and highly reviewed GF cookbooks on Amazon. They are reasonably priced too. I've ordered one about baking. I will soon be ordering more on cooking.

    'Hope this helps!

My favorite web site is Karina's Kitchen. She now calls herself the gluten free goddess!. Awesome recipes. She is not hung up on using rice flour in everything either. Also, she is dairy intolerant so a lot of her recipes are geared in that direction with instructions for those who are ok with dairy and eggs. Elaina's Kitchen is another site that is great. My mom bought 2 cookbooks on gluten free baking only to find that the flour mix recipes did not work well at all. Don't know the names of them. That is why I like the web. Most of the recipes on the 2 sites above have been rated.
