There used to be a canned (bottled) salsa from either TX or NM. Called Territorial House. I'm trying to find the recipe. HELP!

Can you tell us something about it so we might find a similar recipe? I know it was a New Mexican restaurant, so maybe one of these would be similar: http://aces.nmsu.edu/pubs/_e/e-323.pdf

What a shame that it was bought and discontinued. I had it about 15 years ago at a friends house in NY and it was unique and the very best salsa that I ever tasted, honestly I done even like salsa and seldomly eat it but would love to get ahold of some even an old jar would be awesome!
