It's so difficult to help with recipes from mom-and-pop restaurants that have been closed for decades. That restaurant has been closed for 20 years, but it
must have been a wonderful place to dine, judging by all the comments Google brings up.
I can't find a recipe for their green chili pork, but I can highly recommend
Chile Verde Con Cerdo (Green Chili With Pork) and
Huevos Rancheros Tostados. Click on the links to see the recipes. They've been tried and very highly rated by some of the best cooks on the site. Hopefully, you'll agree with them!
