I bought the book and am planning on going on the diet as soon as we get back from Kansas - a week from today. I already have my shopping list made up. Is anybody on the diet and if so, how is it going?

Wow that sounds encouraging. I'm on day 8 and have lost 4 pounds. Unfortunately, I've cheated a little. Twice I had a bowl of cheerios. Can't wait to get to the second 17 days so I can have some oatmeal, grits or cream of wheat. Also can't drink black coffee so have about a teaspoon of half and half in it and hate green tea. So I'm sure that's why I'm not losing the weight as fast. I get hungry, but have pretty much lost my cravings. How long were you on the diet?

On day three now. I've been weighing myself every morning to track the progress.
    Results so far:
    day 1-121.6
    day 2-120.6
    day 3-120.0

Down 1.6 pounds in three days; not bad. At this rate I should be at 112 by the end of 17 days. I think I'll stick with it to see what happens.

I thought the amount they wanted me to lose was very unrealistic. It said at
5'3" and small boned..they want me down to 100 lbs...I am 122 now..that is too much. I would look Anxercic if I did that!

    Day 5 119.8 lbs

Didn't work out on day 3 or 4, but my weight is still going down.

I think their weight limits is very unrealistic. I would think at 5'3" and 122 pounds you would be just right. My mother is 5'3". She weighs around 120 and is way too skinny.

So overall, is everyone happy with the diet? I don't understand why you can't buy the book in a bookstore? icon_biggrin.gif
